Dear Friends,

Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pet. Although a lot has changed over the last few months, our commitment to being here to provide the best medical care for our patients and compassion for our clients remains.

We are all experiencing additional pressure and stress due to the pandemic. Our dedicated team is doing everything possible to provide your pet with the care you have always expected from us. We ask for understanding, patience and kindness for our team as they are operating under guidelines designed to keep you, your pet and our team safe, while complying with state and local guidelines that will allow us to remain open providing care.

As you prepare for your next visit, please understand we may not be able to serve you as quickly as we have prior to the pandemic and wait times may be a little longer. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for your appointment.

We also know you would like to be in the exam room with your pet. We would enjoy that too. However, right now we are continuing curbside services and requiring all clients to wear a mask during the transition of your pet to our team member. You can expect our team member to be wearing a mask too, as it is for your protection as well as theirs. As we strive to make curbside services as convenient as possible, we ask for your consideration as it is harder on our team who misses seeing you accompany your pet in for their appointment as well.

Curbside services are available for patient pickups and drop offs and for picking up prescriptions and diets. We ask you to please stay in your car upon arrival and call us at 610-642-1160 or text us at 610-609-7269 and we will assist you as quickly as we can.

We are now seeing pets for all services, including wellness and elective procedures. If your pet is due for an appointment, we encourage you to call in advance to schedule. As always, we promise to do our best to accommodate your schedule, however please keep in mind our appointment slots may be filling more quickly than normal due to the pandemic. We also ask you to provide 24 to 48 hours for prescription and diet refill requests, and we will call you as soon as they are ready.
