Dr. Janine Gillin received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Lehigh University. She then went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. Since graduating veterinary school, she has remained local. She spent eight years working in general practice and then two years working as an emergency veterinarian at a 24-hour specialty hospital.
Her special interests are surgery and emergency medicine. Dr. Gillin lives locally with her husband, her Chocolate Lab Cooper, and her Calico cat, Phoebe. In her spare time, she can be found relaxing down the shore or up in the Poconos. She enjoys water and snow skiing, hiking, road biking, and hanging out with her niece and nephew.
