Services
- Complete laboratory diagnostic services including our own in-hospital blood analysis, blood chemistries, heartworm testing, and feline leukemia and FIV testing.

We are also able to schedule within our hospital, some important diagnostic services such as cardiac ultrasound, endoscopy, bronchoscopy and general ultrasound if needed. We have both an internal medicine specialist and a cardiac specialist available for consultations.
Surgery
Surgeries are performed on certain weekdays by appointment. Please call about 7-14 days prior to when you would like the surgery scheduled. It is required that your pet has his/her vaccinations within the past year before being hospitalized. Specific instructions will be given to you when you schedule the surgery. We require all surgical and dental patients have pre-surgical blood work to ensure their safety while under anesthesia.
Laser Surgery now offered at the Ardmore Animal Hospital
Many surgical procedures, such as declaws, can now be performed safely, effectively and virtually pain free with laser technology, however we do not declaw cats over 7 months of age. For more information, please contact the staff at The Ardmore Animal Hospital.
Emergency Services
Our hospital provides emergency service during office hours. If you have an emergency situation, call our number, 610-642-1160, and we will handle the emergency. Please do not ever hesitate to call or take your pet to anemergency hospital. The staff at this hospital is specially trained in emergency care and will give your pet immediate attention. Do not wait for our hospital to open in the event of an emergency. Sometimes just an hour can mean the difference between life and death for your beloved pet.
